North Penn Blogging In honor of my older son starting his first (sophomore) year at North Penn High School, I did a search for North Penn blogs. And besides me. I found some other interesting stuff. Like his new principal. More later (maybe) Later: North Penn should be showing up a lot in the PA Blitz Blog with the football team dominating their 1st 3 games. We'll have to see if Isabelle let's them get in this week's game. And then there's the intriguing and evanescent Madison McGraw and her Chicks Dig Books web site. Her blogspot site is the other above, although it's kind of "now you see it, now you don't". Monday, August 25, 2003
>Off on a tangent led me to Mark Stevens' weblog. Stevens has written a book called Your Marketing Sucks. Looks interesting. Oh, yeah, I found a link to OldComputers.net. Have to tell Josh about the Atari 800. Friday, August 22, 2003
Friday Five1. When was the last time you laughed? This morning. I was listening to NPR's interview with Weird Al Yankovic. 2. Who was the last person you had an argument with? Probably one of my kids. 3. Who was the last person you emailed? According to Outlook, a bunch of my co-workers. 4. When was the last time you bathed? This morning. 5. What was the last thing you ate? Yogurt Tuesday, August 19, 2003

Does MS Exchange drive you crazy? It tends to make me nuts. Periodically, everyone has trouble accessing out server. And what's with OWA? I suppose I could take an online course, but I don't know how much it would really help. There are web sites, like www.msexchange.org, but unless there is an article titled, "How to run through your Linksys router into Comcast HSI and get on an Exchange Server 5.5 system using Outlook 2000," I'm not sure how much help it will be. O'Reilly publishes books like Managing Microsoft Exchange Server. Of course, the closest copy I can find in a library is in Pittsburgh. Monday, August 11, 2003

Do you find it annoying when bloggers just post links with a brief, sometimes cryptic tag and no real description? If you do, better find another blog to look at. Heck, I don't know why you are here anyway. I don't even know why I am here. Homestar RunnerHomestar is getting a lot of press lately. Today, the Cincinnati Equirer published an article. On June 23, there was this article in Wired News. It got this response the next day. In between, there was a Homestar article in the St. Paul Pioneer Press, the Colorado Daily tells you how to find out more about Homestar Runner and other easter eggs and Boston's Weekly Dig gives a blurb, too. Oh, yeah, there was a TechTV Cat's Clicks for Homestar, too. I guess Homestar makes you do crazy things, eh, Cat?
I liked this ThirdAge article on improving you metabolism for weight control. I also liked Chad Tackett's Home/Travel Strength Training Exercises that were referenced in the article.
